Spa Policies

 

Because we want you to experience the utmost in enjoyment and relaxation during your visit here, we invite you to arrive early for your spa treatments and to linger after. Feel free to enjoy our beautiful outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool along with our private men’s and women’s steam rooms. Spa amenities include the use of a luxurious robe, spa slippers and a private locker. Vanity products and toiletries are also available for your use.

Services which are listed with a * symbol are considered heat treatments and are not recommended for guests who have heart conditions, heat sensitivity or who are pregnant. Please advise your spa agent of any health concerns or questions regarding which treatments are best for you.

Also, before booking your treatments, please notify our spa reservation agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

Your satisfaction and enjoyment is our primary concern. In consideration of other guests we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa. We also recommend not wearing jewelry during your visit with us.

Kelly’s Spa is a non-smoking facility.

SPA RESERVATIONS

To best ensure the treatments you want are available at the times you desire, we strongly suggest making reservations well in advance of your visit.

For spa reservations please call 951-341-6725 or if in-house at the Mission Inn, touch 820. Availability of treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notification.


CHECK-IN

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment so that you may relax and not feel hurried into your spa experience. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other spa guests and with consideration for the spa’s therapists, we request that all guests using the Spa extend a courteous 12-hour cancellation notice to reschedule or cancel any single spa treatment appointment.

For packages and wellness classes, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. For groups we request a 72-hour cancellation notice. If less than the cancellation time/hours notice is given, full service price of the treatments will be billed. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.


Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the services and are entirely up to our guest’s discretion. Recommended standard gratuity for satisfactory service is 20%.

Age Policy

Guests ages 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent, receive treatment with a provider of the same gender and must wear a swimsuit during each treatment.
 

Facility Fee

The use of Kelly’s Spa facilities is complimentary to all guests receiving services.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available upon request and make appreciated and tasteful gifts. Kelly’s Spa at the Mission Inn also features many unique and luxurious spa products and accessories for your enjoyment at home or while traveling.
